Giving feedback is difficult. Receiving it can be even harder.
This practical, in-person workshop draws on improvisation, coaching and business psychology to help you approach feedback as a constructive, human conversation - not a confrontation.
Through interactive exercises and practical tools, you’ll build skills you can immediately apply in one-to-ones, team meetings and performance discussions.
No experience of improv is required. Suitable for professionals at all levels - because everyone gives and receives feedback.
The session is led by Stephen Brown, Certified Executive Coach (Level 7), business psychologist and experienced trainer with a Master’s in Occupational Psychology. With nearly a decade of experience designing interactive development programmes, Stephen combines psychological insight with pragmatic, action-oriented tools that create lasting change.
Expect clarity, practical techniques and a supportive learning environment.
